PRODUCT CHANGE
You have the right to change the product or products within 5 days from the date of receipt of the package by you, as long as it meets the necessary conditions. The cost of the first change is free.
Conditions for change:
-The products must be in their original packaging, in the same condition in which you received them, ie not to be damaged or damaged, not to have been washed or worn beyond the test. The acceptance or not of the return will be done after first a quality control by our company and the condition of the returned products is assessed.
-First you should contact us via email at info@folliawedding.gr or by phone at 210 9522587. Once our communication is completed, the new parcel is sent and then exchanged with the old parcel upon delivery with the distributor (courier) .
Basic information:
-Place the products you want to change in their original packaging.
-The change / replacement will take place at your place, exchanging hand by hand. That is, the courier will deliver the package with the new products and you will give him the package with the products you wish to return. The whole change process is free the first time, in case of any next change there is a charge of 5 €
-For the return, change or replacement of the products you will take into account the value stated on the purchase receipt. In case you want a change in number or color or both, in the same code, the change will be considered equal and there will be no difference in the prices of returned and new products.
-Any change can also be made in our physical store located at 93b Dimitrakopoulou, Kallithea, 17672.
RETURN PRODUCTS
You have the right to return in order to return the value of the returned product (s) within 5 days from the date of receipt of the package by you.
Return conditions:

-Place the products you want to change in their original packaging.
-Our company will give a return order to the courier company and within 2-3 working days the products will be received from your place.
Important information:
-For the return of the products, the value stated in the purchase receipt will be taken into account.
-It is necessary to include in the return package the proof of retail that accompanied the products. As well as an account number, with the IBAN, the beneficiary as well as the bank to which it belongs.
-The return process costs 5 € and this amount will be automatically deducted from the amount that will be deposited in your account. Extra refund is made only for the value of the products (excluding any expenses you may have paid).
-Refunds are not made in our physical store except remotely.
-Money refunds are not made on products during the official discounts and offers (bazaar).
-The refund is made 7-10 working days from the date of receipt of the products by us. The money is deposited from our company’s account through Piraeus Bank. There may be bookings from your bank and a possible delay in case your account is in a bank other than Piraeus Bank. Our company is not obliged to cover the costs charged (according to the usual practice of banks) by the financial institution that the client cooperates with when receiving the refunded amounts.
We inform you that we will not accept any change / return if there has been no contact with our company first.
